Our Terms
Services are contracted on an hourly basis and quoted, based on the approximate hours it will take to complete. All quotes are guesstimates and any additional hours needed to complete the job will be billed per hour and added to the final bill. All basic expenses, fees and material costs are included in the hourly rate unless specified before job has begun. Contact us by phone at 1.419.297.3777 or via email.
Not included: printing costs, camera shots, negatives, Zip & CD discs, scans, film output, color copy proofs, Iris proofs.
1) CASH or CHECK/MONEY ORDER in U.S. Funds
If you should need our services for an extended period of time, we offer a 'Contract Rate' that covers Layout & Design, Consultation, Illustration, Computer Graphics. All clients receive a detailed hourly time/task sheet that shows the hours billed.
2) QUOTED PRICE INCLUDES: Consultation, concept, design.
3) QUOTED PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: Major Changes (see #4), printing, photography, separations, screens, halftones, negatives, or camera shots.
4) CHANGES: Changes made by the client (after approval) will be charged accordingly.
5) CANCELLATION: eGraphicsDesign shall be paid in full, on a pro-rata basis, for all services rendered up to the date of any cancellation, Plus, all out-of-pocket expenses incurred to such date. Following any cancellation or breach by client, eGraphicsDesign shall remain the owner of all original art and copyrights attributable to work created by eGraphicsDesign .
6) DEPOSIT: A minimum deposit of 50% (of total bill and is non-refundable), is required before work can begin. The balance is due upon delivery of finished job/graphic art work. Depending on the size and length of time the project may require, we can negotiate the deposit and payment schedule.
If final payment is not made the client forfeits all rights, artwork and previous deposits or advances.
7) RELEASES: Client will indemnify eGraphicsDesign against all claims and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, due to uses for which no release was requested in writing or for uses that exceed authority granted by a release.
8) EXPENSES: Expense estimate is subject to normal trade variance of 10% and client's oral authorizations for additional items.
9) METHOD OF PAYMENT: All payments made to eGraphicsDesign shall be rendered in CASH, Postal Money Order or by Company Check and in U.S. funds.
10) WORKING/TURNAROUND TIME: All reasonable deadlines will be met as agreed to before work has begun.

RESEARCH
We discuss with the client the focus of the website. The client will then be asked several questions to get a better understanding of their wants and needs.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
We now must determine the specific features the client wants in the website, these decisions will affect the budget, time frame and overall feel of the site. Does the client have a domain and hosting? Does the company have brand standards that need to be followed?
BRAINSTORMING
Based on the research results, our designers will now start developing concepts for the client to review.
OUTLINE
The client will need to provide a detailed outline of each section that will need to be included on the site. They will need to describe the type of content that should appear on each page.
WIREFRAMES
Wireframes are simple drawings which show the client the placement of the elements on the page.
DESIGN
This is where the ideas become a reality. Our designers will now take all the research and turn it into a top-notch website.
WEB OPTIMIZATION
Once the design is complete we will optimize your site for the search engines..
